I'll walk through your home with fresh eyes and tell you exactly what will move the needle with buyers — and what won't be worth your time or money. Not every seller needs a full renovation. Some need a deep clean and new light fixtures. I'll help you spend wisely.

Step 3 — Professional presentation.
Photos sell homes before buyers ever walk through the door. I work with professional photographers and ensure your home is presented in its best light across all major platforms.

Step 4 — Strategic marketing.
Your home will be marketed across the MLS, major real estate portals, and my social media channels — including my YouTube channel, which reaches buyers both locally and from out of state who are actively researching Houston communities.

Step 5 — Negotiation and close.
