Meet Angie
Angie Farish
Bilingual Real Estate Agent Serving Sugar Land & Richmond
I’m Angie Farish. I’ve been helping buyers and sellers for ten years, and I’m fortunate to live in the same area where I work.
I live in Greatwood, work from my Sugar Land office, and help clients throughout Sugar Land and Richmond — from Greatwood to Riverstone in Sugar Land, and from Canyon Gate to Lakes of Bella Terra in Richmond.
Over the years, I’ve learned that people come to me at very different points in life. Some are selling a home they’ve owned for years and buying the next one because their needs have changed. Some have owned before and are ready to buy again. Others have rented for years and are finally ready to become homeowners.
My job is to understand where you are, help you see your options clearly, and guide you through what comes next.

A lot of my clients are doing two things at once
One of the situations I handle most often is helping someone sell their current home while buying the next one.
There can be a lot to coordinate — when to list, when to make an offer, whether a contingency makes sense, how the closing dates line up, and sometimes whether a leaseback or temporary housing is needed.
There isn’t one plan that works for everyone. We look at your situation first, then decide what makes the most sense.
Greatwood is home
Greatwood has been home to my family for many years. My husband and I raised our two boys here, and they attended Lamar CISD schools before heading off to college.
We truly loved raising our family in this community. And even though the boys are away at school now, Greatwood is still home. My husband and I are still here, now with our furry baby keeping us company.
Living here gives me a different perspective on Sugar Land and Richmond than simply studying listings or market reports.
I know that two homes that look similar online can be very different once you consider the community, school district, taxes, flood information, and commute.
That’s the kind of context I want my clients to have before they make a decision.

New construction is part of my experience too
I’ve worked with new-construction buyers for ten years across Katy, Fulshear, Rosenberg, Richmond, and Houston, with Richmond as my current focus.
Buying directly from a builder works differently from buying a resale home. The contracts are different, incentives can change, inspections matter, and the warranty process has its own timeline.
When I represent you in a new-construction purchase, my role is to look out for your interests while working professionally with the builder throughout the process.
English or Spanish — whatever is more comfortable
I work with clients from many different backgrounds, and I can guide you in English or Spanish, depending on what works best for you.
For some families, that means staying in one language throughout the process. For others, it means switching between the two when needed.
What matters most is that you understand what’s happening and feel comfortable with the decisions you’re making.
What you can expect from me
My role isn’t to make the decision for you. I’ll tell you what I’m seeing, explain your options, point out things you may want to consider, and give you the information you need to decide.
Once we have a plan, I stay involved from our first conversation through closing.
I’m a licensed REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty Southwest and 5-star rated by local clients.
