Bilingual Real Estate Agent for Sugar Land & Richmond

Buying or selling a home comes with a lot of decisions, and it helps to work with someone who can explain the process clearly in the language you’re most comfortable using.

I work with clients in both English and Spanish, from the first conversation through closing. Whether we’re talking about pricing, offers, inspections, builder contracts, or your next move, you can ask questions and talk through the details in the language that feels most natural to you.

Buying and Selling in English & Spanish

Being bilingual is part of how I work with clients every day. Some families prefer to handle the entire transaction in Spanish, while others move back and forth between English and Spanish depending on who is part of the conversation.

I’ve worked with bilingual families who speak both English and Spanish fluently but still prefer to handle their real estate transaction in their first language. For something as important as a real estate transaction, sometimes it just feels better to speak in the language you grew up with.

I’ve also worked with many clients whose first language is neither English nor Spanish. Even when we don’t share the same first language, I focus on clear explanations, patience, and making sure everyone feels comfortable asking questions throughout the process.

The Clients I Most Often Help

A lot of my clients aren’t starting from scratch. They may be selling the home they’ve owned for years, buying again, or finally buying after renting for a long time.

Selling a Home and Buying the Next One

This is the most common situation I help clients manage.

Selling and buying at the same time means coordinating two transactions, two timelines, and a lot of moving pieces. I help you build the plan around both sides from the beginning so you know what needs to happen first and what options you have along the way.

Buying Your First Home After Renting

If you’ve rented for years and are ready to explore homeownership, we can start with the basics.

I’ll walk you through the buying process, what to expect before making an offer, and which questions are worth asking before you commit to a home.

New Construction in Sugar Land & Richmond

I also work with buyers purchasing new construction.

Builder contracts, incentives, timelines, inspections, and warranties can work differently from a resale purchase. I walk buyers through those differences and help them stay focused on what works for them—not simply what the builder is offering.

Richmond is my current focus for new construction. In Sugar Land, options are much more limited, so I help buyers look at what is actually available rather than assume there will be a broad selection.

Local Knowledge of Sugar Land & Richmond

I live in Greatwood and work from my Sugar Land office, and I help clients compare communities, homes, and opportunities across both Sugar Land and Richmond.

Knowing these areas well helps me point out things that may not be obvious when you’re just looking at a listing online.

Straightforward Guidance, in Either Language

Ask me anything along the way. I’ll talk through your options with you, answer your questions honestly, and make sure you know what comes next.

And we can do that in English or Spanish.
